Privacy policy

Privacy of user information

We respect your right to privacy. By default, we will assume that you do not want to share any information regarding your email address or any other information you supply to us with anyone else. If you would like for us to share information with with others promoting products or services that ARTracker, LLC. feels may be beneficial to our customers, please go to the User page and select those preferences.

We have never shared this information with anyone to date. If we ever do, rest assured it will be with a reputable company who also agrees not to share this info and who will agree to use the list only once for an approved purpose. If that company plans multiple offerings, they will have to ask ARTracker, Inc. for permission each time. We will advise them if you have changed your preferences (see the registration page) to not be included in such mailings.

You may also elect to "Unhide" your user record, meaning that it will appear in reports requested by other users (by default, your user record is marked as "Hidden"; no action is required if this is your preference).

When you register, you may also choose whether or not you would like to recive mail regarding A/R items maintained at this site or not. You may also decide whether or not you want to receive any mailings from ARTracker, LLC.

User passwords

Please note that we offer optional password protection on your A/R Tracker™ Action Request Tracker user account. Unless you use a password, others may see and also change your records that are maintained at our site.

Demonstration product is not secure

Even if you use a password, be aware that the demonstration product maintained at this site does not use secure links and that none of the generated email is encyrpted. This means that as messages pass from the computers between yours and ours, others are able to see and record any information supplied, including your email address and A/R Tracker user name, and even your A/R Tracker password.

The commercial version of A/R Tracker™ Action Request Tracker offers features that address these issues using secure connections and encrypted email. The demonstration version hosted on this server IS NOT SECURE and should be used accordingly.

Reporting violations

If you ever suspect that we have violated this privacy policy, please contact Peter Mantos at phmantos@mantos.com. All such inquires will be investigated and responded to timely and appropriately.
